Benjamin Henry Latrobe collection
This collection is comprised of Benjamin Henry Latrobe's 23 journals written in ink script, with some sketches, describing his activities in Maryland, Virginia, New York, Louisiana, and Washington, D.C. from 1796-1820 as well as 19 bound volumes of letterbooks containing primarily business information from 1803-1817.
Brune-Randall family papers
The Brune-Randall Family Papers includes papers relating to 68 members of this extensive Baltimore family. The bulk of the papers are those of 6 individuals: Frederick W. Brune (1813-78), his wife Emily [Barton] Brune (1826-1908); their daughter Susan Katharine [Brune] Randall (1860-1937), her husband Blanchard Randall (1856-1942), their daughter Elizabeth Blanchard [Randall] Slack (b. 1892) and her husband Harry Richmond Slack (1888-1957). The papers span the period 1782 to 1972.
Frick family papers
The Frick family papers includes papers of socially prominent Baltimore and Washington, D.C. families, primarily from the mid-nineteenth to the early-twentieth century. The three main families are the Fricks, Poultneys, and Turnbulls, but scattered items from related Sloan, Carroll, Denison, Brown, Ramsay, and Spense families are here as well. The papers include correspondence, genealogies, accounts, land papers, diaries, travel diaries, and recipe books.
Hannah Mary Trimble papers
This collection contains the diary of Hannah Mary Trimble (b. 1826) as well as letters, primarily incoming, from members of her family. Also included are legal and financial papers involving several generations of the family.
Helen West Stewart Ridgely family papers
This collection consists of papers pertaining to members of Helen Ridgely's family. Included are papers of her grandparents Leonice Sampson and Joseph White Moulton, her parents Josephine Moulton and John Stewart, her husband Captain John Ridgely, and their son Julian White Ridgely.
The papers span the years 1840-1918.
Jameson Parker papers
This collection contains the personal papers of Jameson Parker (1909-1972) and includes material on his time as a student at Johns Hopkins University; his involvement with the family steel firm in Baltimore; his work as an investment analyst with Trail and Middendorf as well as with the Maryland Public Expenditure Council; and his experience in the US Naval Reserve.
Phoebe George Bradford diaries
This collection consists of photocopies from sections of the diaries of Phoebe George Bradford (1794-1840), a native of Cecil County, Maryland, and resident of Wilmington, Delaware. The diaries contain descriptions of social doings and daily activities, opinions on family matters and religion, and occasional references to national matters and local happenings.
Ridgely family papers
This collection consists of the papers pertaining to the Ridgely family of Hampden in Baltimore, Maryland, from 1757 to 1949.
